These terms govern the use of our website and purchases made through it. Our shipping policy, return and refund policy, and privacy policy provide additional information relevant to your purchase.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Eligibility and website use
You must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase contract under the laws applicable to you. If you do not, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase on your behalf.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use this website lawfully. You must not interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious software or misuse other users’ personal information.

Product information
We aim to describe our products, their features, compatible uses and included accessories accurately. Colours displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product.
The product description, selected options and order summary identify the items included in your purchase. Any digital gifts expressly included in an offer are digital resources rather than physical items.
Use the product in accordance with its instructions and only with compatible materials. Resealing a bag does not sterilise its contents or replace appropriate food storage and refrigeration practices.

Prices, currency and payment
The applicable price and currency are displayed during your purchase. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other known charges payable through our checkout will be shown before you confirm your order.
Standard shipping is free to the destinations enabled for the purchased product at checkout.
Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. You authorise the payment required to complete your purchase using the method you select.
Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or international transaction fees. These fees are not charged by SealBits.

Placing an order
To place an order, select your product options and quantity, add the items to your cart, enter your contact and delivery details, and review the order summary.
You can correct your details before confirming the purchase. Confirming an order through the payment button creates an obligation to pay the total displayed.
After a successful purchase, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Please retain this confirmation and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Availability and errors
If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil the purchase and no alternative is agreed, we will refund the amount paid for the affected items.
If we identify a material error in a product listing or price, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law. We will not charge an increased price without your express agreement.

Shipping and delivery
Available destinations and delivery options are shown at checkout. Preparation and delivery estimates are described in our shipping policy or communicated before purchase.
Orders may be dispatched through our fulfilment partners. SealBits remains responsible to you for fulfilling the purchase and handling delivery issues.
Where applicable consumer law places delivery risk on the seller, that risk remains with us until you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods. Any statutory exceptions remain applicable.
If your order is delayed, lost or delivered incorrectly, contact support@sealbits.com. Delivery estimates do not remove your statutory remedies for late delivery or non-delivery.

Order changes and cancellation
If you need to change your order, correct an address or request cancellation, contact support@sealbits.com as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your request before dispatch. If fulfilment has already progressed, an immediate change or cancellation may no longer be possible. This does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal or your rights under our return policy.

Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your product, as described in our return and refund policy.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items to our return address in Spain. We do not charge restocking fees.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect products, we cover the shipping costs necessary to provide the remedies required by applicable law.
Our return and refund policy explains the notification procedure, return address, return shipment deadline and refund arrangements. It forms part of these terms.

Statutory guarantees
Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not replace or shorten your statutory rights regarding a lack of conformity.
For purchases subject to Spanish consumer law, new goods are covered by a three-year statutory guarantee against a lack of conformity, starting from delivery.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the purchase. Statutory remedies will be provided free of charge where required by law.

Free digital resources
Digital resources expressly included with an offer are supplied for personal use. You may not resell or commercially redistribute them without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Free digital gifts do not remove your right to withdraw from the purchase of the physical product. Their value will not be deducted from a refund for returned physical items.

Intellectual property
Website content, including original texts, images, designs and logos, is protected by the rights of SealBits or the respective rights holders.
You may use the website to browse and purchase products. This does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit its content beyond what applicable law permits.

Our store is hosted on Shopify and uses service providers for functions such as payment processing and delivery.
The use of these providers does not remove SealBits’ responsibilities as the seller. External websites linked from our store may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is processed in connection with the website and purchases.
Accepting these terms does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional marketing communications or non-essential cookies. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We do not exclude mandatory product guarantees or consumer remedies. Any other liability will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Applicable law and disputes
Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of the protection afforded by mandatory laws applicable in their country of habitual residence.
The courts competent to resolve disputes will be determined by applicable law. Consumers are not required to bring proceedings exclusively before the courts of the seller’s place of business.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version applicable to your order is the version made available when you placed it, together with any terms expressly agreed for that purchase.
Updates will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to existing orders.
