  1. Return period

At SealBits, you can request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your product.

This voluntary return policy is additional to your statutory rights. It does not limit your legal right of withdrawal or your rights regarding faulty products.

  1. How to request a return

Email support@sealbits.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. You do not need to provide a reason for a change-of-mind return.

A clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient. You do not need to use a particular form or obtain prior approval to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may contact us before shipping to coordinate your return. Do not send the product to the manufacturer or to an address printed on the original parcel if it differs from the return address above.

After notifying us of your return, send the items back without undue delay and within 14 calendar days. Keep your proof of postage.

  1. Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of shipping the items back to the return address in Spain.

We do not charge restocking fees.

If your product is faulty, arrives damaged or is incorrect, SealBits will cover the necessary shipping costs to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.

  1. Product condition

Return the product with the accessories supplied and pack it securely for transport. We recommend keeping the original packaging, but its absence does not, by itself, invalidate your statutory right of withdrawal.

You may open and inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you may only be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for those checks.

  1. Refunds

We will refund the amount due for the returned items using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to another method that does not incur any fees for you.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you notify us of your return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.

Where applicable, we will also refund the standard delivery charges paid for the original order. Additional charges for a more expensive delivery option voluntarily selected by you will not be refunded where permitted by law.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are not refundable. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

  1. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Contact support@sealbits.com if there is a problem with your order. Photos or a video may help us identify the issue, but they are not an absolute requirement for exercising your statutory rights.

We will provide the remedies required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the purchase, depending on the circumstances. Remedies for a lack of conformity will be provided free of charge.

For purchases subject to Spanish consumer law, new goods are covered by a three-year statutory guarantee against a lack of conformity, starting from delivery. Our 30-day voluntary return period does not shorten this statutory guarantee.

  1. Bundles and free digital gifts

You may request a return of one or more items from a bundle. For partial returns, the refund will correspond to the amount actually paid for the returned items, as shown in the order breakdown.

Free digital resources will not be deducted from the refund for the physical product and do not remove your right to withdraw from its purchase.

  1. Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 calendar days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, starting from receipt of the product. If items from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

SealBits extends the period for requesting a return to 30 calendar days under this voluntary policy. Any additional rights provided by mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
